Modelled on a proven widebody silhouette, these +8mm front fenders are laid up in fibreglass-reinforced polymer, the same material used in lightweight motorsport bodywork. The extra width accommodates aggressive wheel fitment without cutting arches, and the surface takes paint directly so the finish is factory-grade.
Flare geometry follows the OEM fender profile exactly, panel gaps close cleanly, no filler work required. RTM construction keeps wall thickness consistent across the panel, no thin spots, no hot-tear distortion.
